We are actively looking for a Junior IT Help Desk Technician to provide user support and customer service at one of our clients in Brussels
Start mission, duration
- Permanent position start november 2019
Main Job duties and responsibilities
- respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, chat or email
- diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- research questions using available information resources
- advise user on appropriate action
- follow standard help desk procedures (ITIL)
- log all help desk interactions (ticketing systems)
- administer help desk software
- redirect problems to correct resource
- identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
- track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
- stay current with system information, changes and updates
Education
- IT Graduate or equivalent professional experience
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Good knowledge of Windows, Office Suite & O365
- General knowledge of Windows Server
- General knowledge of Network Infrastructure, Storage and Backup Solutions
